Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team
Responsibilities:
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Manage property auctions or exchanges
Maintain and update listing of available properties
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
Promote sales through advertisements, open house and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ensuring the timely submission of feedback and maintaining updated records on the Company's CRM system
Skills and knowledge:
Professional experience of 3-5 years in a sales role, in real estate
Fluent English/Greek speaking and writing level
Russian as an advantage
Driver licence computer literate
Ability to work under the pressure
Salary:
Basic salary from 1300 - 1500 Euros gross
Working hours :
Monday to Friday 8.00 - 18.00 (2 Hours break)
